Anti-corrosion Marine plywood series product adopts I class eucalyptus (pine) core (splicing machinery), WBP glue. It is with anti-corrosion and moldy-proof, waterproof and moisture-proof,   high strength, great smoothness performance and so on. Class5 anti-corrosion national standard,can be soaked in sea for 30 years, and boiled for 72 hours without opening the glue.Has the functions:non-deformation, wide plate surface, anti-corrosion, water-proof, mould-proof, insect-proof, ant-proof and the like, and can be opened into strips with different widths according to the design requirements.


It is suitable for moist and watery environment, such as ship-building (Liner, yachts, off-shore platform,etc) and all kinds of high-end decoration project (hotel,  vacation village, Theme park public venues,  noble residence, timber structure house and integrated house, outdoor garden , furniture manufacturing and so on),it can be customized for all demandings.












Anti-corrosion marine plywood Manual:

1,Special plywood,please assure understanding the technical parameter before usage. 
2,Please at the bottom of the plate when discharging, use four pieces of wood block about 100mm × 100mm high, the plate should not be placed directly on the ground, and the height of the plate should not exceed two meters 
3,The plate should be stored in an environment that avoids direct sunlight, drying and ventilation. Use within 12 hours after opening the box to avoid changes in moisture content of the sheet. For unused plates, wrap in carbon wrap with plastic film to avoid moisture entry.
4,Before decorative materials are pasted on the surface of the plate, please clean up the dust, dirt, oil mark on the surface of the plate firstly, and then sanding smoothly with the rough sandpaper of 60 ~ 120 mesh carpentry, thirdly stick them with waterproof adhesive under pressure or heat. If the air humidity exceeds 80, it is not good to paste decorative materials.
5,As basic plate, self-tapping screw or gun nail can be used to fix the skeleton or bottom plate, the gap for boards should be around 1mm, avoids deformation due to expansion. In order to increase the service life of the plate, it can be rolly painted or sprayed on the surface with the UV paint to protect.
